I had been looking for an OpenCart theme for a client's new website. After a comprehensive search, the client chose a DIFFERENT theme based on its design. Fortunately, I took the time to research the theme, check reviews, and also checked how long it had been since the theme was updated. It was determined that her choice was incompatible with the latest 3.x series of OpenCart and had not been updated in several years. Moving on, I was able to identify a couple of other suitable alternatives, and of those, this Ceramic theme by Webdigify stood out for several reasons: the first being that the theme was advertised as compatible with the latest version of OpenCart 3.x (I had already installed version 3.0.3.9 at the time of purchase), the author had a very healthy rating for FAST support, and there was a recent review (less than a month old) from a recent purchaser. The theme was advertised by the author as being compatible with version 3.0.3.8, but the sales staff at Templateog体育首页 assured me it would work with 3.0.3.9. That might be true, but the one-click install version was designed for 3.0.3.8 and the manual installation instructions had some deficiencies (pointed out to the author) that made it extremely difficult to perform the manual installation over an existing 3.0.3.9 clean installation of OpenCart. Despite getting SOME HELP from the developer, I was a bit disappointed at the lack of specific information offered in response to questions. I believe the answers were geared towards someone with more experience with OpenCart and were insufficient for a neophyte in OpenCart theme design. I was impressed with the author's speed at responding to my questions - it's just that sometimes the answers were less than helpful. On the sales page, it is stated that the French language is supported, but it turns out the languages installed out of the box are English, Arabic and Russian. French support is only available with the purchase of a third party extension. Canada's two official languages are English and French, so it was a bit disappointing to discover French was NOT included in the basic package. After a few frustrating days trying to get the manual install to work, I finally gave up and used the one-click install procedure. This worked as advertised, but left me with version 3.0.3.8 of OpenCart. Maybe at some point, I will try upgrading to 3.0.3.9, but for now, I'm happy that the installation left me with a working site that exactly mimics the functionality and content of the author's demo site. Except for a few small typos, the user documentation is excellent. Whenever I was unsure about the operation of a particular feature, I was able to find the answers to my questions inside the documentation intended for MANUAL installation. And there was one instance where I wanted to add some custom links to the footer area of the website (where the INFORMATION links are located), and the author pointed me to the correct .TWIG file and provided a couple of lines of example code to get me started. My client has not yet had an opportunity to gather the custom photos needed to define their own categories, manufacturers and inventory items, but I'm sure if I have a problem, I will be able to find the answers in the documentation or from the author. Despite the initial hiccups trying to get the manual installation to work, my star-rating is based on my experience after deciding to start from scratch and use the one-click installation method, since that's the more likely scenario for a new purchaser (assuming the site is brand new). I'm hoping the author will take time to build a one-click installation compatible with version 3.0.3.9, and also take time to address the deficiencies in the MANUAL installation procedure (one example being the need to add new columns to an existing OpenCart table, but not including that information in the instructions). Overall, I would recommend this theme to others and would definitely rate the author as a step above what most of the OpenCart theme authors are doing in terms of keeping their products current and offering an exceptional level of support.

The OpenCart template we chose proved to be an excellent choice for our online store. Its stylish design and user-friendly navigation helped create an attractive and intuitive interface for our customers. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the code and optimization, allowing us to easily customize and enhance the functionality to meet our needs. Despite encountering some minor bugs, the support team promptly and professionally addressed all of them. Overall, we are very satisfied with this template and highly recommend it.

The theme is beautifully designed and well-coded, and the dev team is super responsive and quick to provide support as needed. 5 stars!!
